In plain language

You warrant that you are the original author of submitted works, or hold a valid commercial license.

mihiminis does not verify IP on your behalf — that responsibility is yours.

mihiminis reserves the right to refuse or remove works for which it identifies IP risk.

In any IP dispute, you bear the costs and indemnify mihiminis against claims.

You may withdraw any model at any time. We honor outstanding orders, then stop selling.

Commission, payout schedule, and termination conditions are finalized at public launch.
Why this matters
Third-party IP claims — particularly from large studios — are a real risk in 3D-print marketplaces. mihiminis chooses to host work but does not arbitrate ownership: that judgment rests with each creator, who is best positioned to know the provenance of their own work.
In exchange, we commit to a fair commission, timely payouts, and the right for you to withdraw your work at any time.
